The Textile Society Museum Award 2024
A joint project between William Morris Gallery and National Life Stories for an audio recording of the British textile designer Sarah Campbell. The recording will form part of Design Lives, National Life Stories oral history archive held by the British Library, and will be available online for worldwide access. Supported by the William Morris Gallery, funding will cover the production of a high quality life story interview with Sarah by an experienced oral historian, and archival processing to catalogue and store the recording, in perpetuity, in the Design Lives collection in the British Library Sound Archive.
Pukka Print Collaboration
British fabric studio Pukka Print has collaborated with British artist Sarah Campbell to create a special collection as part of the brand's tenth birthday celebrations. Combining Sarah’s joyful approach to pattern with Pukka Print’s commitment to traditional Indian block printing, the new collection is centred around bold geometric prints and a bright colour palette that brings a strong new aesthetic to Pukka Print’s collection.
